Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026
Last updated: September 29, 2026

Clinical services (therapy and assessment)

Clinical fees, the notice required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, any late-cancellation or missed-appointment charges, and any deposits for assessments are set out in the financial agreement you receive at intake. That agreement controls for clinical services. If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your service.

Online and digital purchases

If you are not satisfied with a digital product or online purchase from this website, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of any unused digital purchase (for example, access that has not been used, or materials that have not been downloaded or accessed). Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal or Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Digital purchases that have already been used, accessed or completed are generally not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or the product was defective or not as described.

For paid classes, seminars and events, the refund terms stated on the registration page apply; if none are stated, contact us and we will apply the 14-day rule above to any class you have not yet attended.
