Where clinical science
becomes built things.

We turn cutting-edge research into real-world practice and learning — building our own assessment tools, platforms, training programs, and curricula, then putting them to work in the field.

Our Mission

Research that leaves the lab and enters the room.

Our faculty served on scientific advisory boards for tech companies, publish in multiple peer-reviewed journals and books, and held academic and training-director appointments, then bring that same rigor home, developing tools, protocols, and AI-based generative technology that our own clinicians and educators use every day.

Our Products and Technology

The tools we’ve built to run our own practice

Gestalt 1.0 runs our caseloads. Compass builds clinical competency. Luria 1.0 is our next-generation intelligence assessment platform. All three were built in-house, by our own clinicians, and are already at work in our own practice.

Gestalt 1.0 Practice Management Platform
Gestalt 1.0 Healing and Thriving flower visualization showing patient progress across multiple domains
Outcomes, Visualized

Progress you can see at a glance

Gestalt 1.0 turns dense symptom and wellbeing data into a single living visual: a “Healing” flower tracking recovery across depression, anxiety, cognition, sleep, and more, and a “Thriving” flower tracking what’s feeding a person’s growth.

Gestalt 1.0 Money as Flow dashboard showing billing status across a practice
Practice Operations

Money, intake, and paperwork, finally visible

Gestalt 1.0 replaces a wall of spreadsheets with a single flow: what hasn’t been billed, what’s sitting with a payer, and what’s actually been paid. The same clarity extends to intake packets and unsigned notes.

Gestalt 1.0 caseload garden view showing every active case as a flower with phase progress
Gestalt 1.0 co-sign queue showing unsigned clinical notes ranked by age
Compass Clinical Competency & Training Platform
Compass showing a simulated patient case with orientation selection, difficulty level, and live rapport, presence, confidence, and accuracy scoring
Training & Supervision

Practice on a patient who can’t be harmed

Compass helps professionals build the competency to conduct therapy and exams, including comprehensive doctoral-level exams. Trainees choose a clinical orientation, set a difficulty level, and interview a realistic AI patient, with live feedback on rapport, presence, confidence, and diagnostic accuracy.

Launching 2026

A new standard for intelligence assessment

Luria 1.0 is our next-generation intelligence assessment platform, currently in development within the Education & Research division. Named for the founder of modern neuropsychological assessment, it’s built with the same rigor as everything else we bring into our own clinics.

Luria 1.0 report screen showing RAVLT scores, percentiles, and classification with narrative and normal-curve display options
Built for Speed

Scores, curves, and narrative in one view

Every subtest score is auto-populated with percentiles, classifications, and normal-curve placement, so reports that used to take hours come together in minutes.
